Anesthesia Technician

Overview

JOB SUMMARY The role encompasses functioning as an assistant to the licensed nurse with regards to anesthesiologists needs specific to preperation and maintenance of patient monitoring in the surgical setting.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or GED. Experience: Minimum one years experience in an acute hospital setting and/or a background in nursing or paramedical education. Knowledge and Skills:

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Manage/prioritize/complete work assignments and other duties as assigned
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing

License/Certifications:

• A current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card is required
• Completion of EKG course

PAY RANGE $22.63 - $31.35 The posted pay range reflects the lowest to highest pay that was available for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to change. Salary offers are determined by candidate's relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate's individual experience.
