- ASC setting -- 1 physician to 4 CRNAs
- Pediatrics (healthy, age 2+); OB, general surgery, ortho, robotic, ENT
- GYN, vascular, spine, pacemakers, cardioversion/TEE, GI -- no trauma/hearts
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
