Our teams-comprised of board-certified anesthesiologists and certified registered nurse anesthetists CRNAs-deliver safe effective and patient-centered care across a wide range of surgical specialties. We follow evidence-based protocols focused on relieving pain accelerating recovery and optimizing outcomes throughout the perioperative experience.
With 600 clinicians across 35 programs nationwide we combine the agility of local practice with the strength of a national platform-ensuring every patient receives care thats both personal and uncompromising.

Join our close-knit team of 10 physicians and 27 CRNAs at The Research Medical Center.
Supervised and direct care.
The Research Medical Center was awarded Americas 250 Best Hospitals in 2023. Serving patients in the 150-mile region surrounding Kansas City the Research Medical Center offers abundant services and access to the most advanced technology.
Scheduling
Days only Monday - Friday No call Option to work additional shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage level I trauma patients transplants neuro orthopedic cath lab burns and general. Work closely with colleagues in other departments to ensure smooth transitions of care.

Straddling the Kansas-Missouri border Kansas City is home to 2.4 million people and boasts more barbecue restaurants per capita than any other city in the US.

Rewards and Compensation
Annual salary W2-560k 1099-594387k. A strong commencement bonus of up to 100k is offered. 1099 option available.

Single-site Leadership Step into leadership at the practice level as an Associate Medical Director or Medical Director. In these roles youll guide clinical teams collaborate with hospital partners and ensure operational and clinical excellence at a single site.
Multi-site Leadership Expand your impact by overseeing multiple practices as a System Medical Director Regional Medical Director or Regional Chief Medical Officer. These roles involve strategic leadership mentoring physician leaders and driving performance across a region.
