Our teams-comprised of board-certified anesthesiologists and certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs)-deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care across a wide range of surgical specialties. We follow evidence-based protocols focused on relieving pain, accelerating recovery, and optimizing outcomes throughout the perioperative experience.
With 600 clinicians across 35 programs nationwide, we combine the agility of local practice with the strength of a national platform-ensuring every patient receives care thats both personal and uncompromising.

Compensation and Additional Benefits
Annual salary W2- $585k 1099- $625k
A strong commencement bonus of up to $100k is offered. 1099 option available.

Join our close-knit team of 10 physicians and 27 CRNAs at The Research Medical Center.

The Research Medical Center was awarded Americas 250 Best Hospitals in 2023. Serving patients in the 150-mile region surrounding Kansas City, the Research Medical Center offers abundant services and access to the most advanced technology.
Scheduling
7 24-hr shifts per month, equitable rotation among a team of 4 MDs
24-hour schedule provides extended time off and flexible scheduling
Key Responsibilities
Manage level I trauma patients, transplants, neuro, orthopedic, cath lab, burns, and general.
Work closely with colleagues in other departments to ensure smooth transitions of care.
