    $525K base salary
    $60K start date bonus

    10 ORs
    Average annual case volume 14,000
    Case mix is general surgery, ortho, GYN, pain, ophthalmology, GI/endo, cath lab
    No OB, no trauma
    Regional Blocks (experience preferred)
    After 7pm call from home
    Care Team Model: 17 FT physicians and 6 CRNAs
