Compensation & BenefitsThe anticipated total annual compensation ranges from $462,000 to $562,000.
The stated compensation range reflects the starting base salary and is subject to adjustment based on experience and faculty rank, with a base range of $403,000 to $461,000. This figure does not encompass variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is aligned with the specific compensation plans of the department.
