Overview: Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists, a division of Sentara Health, is seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join our team in a Flex/Per Diem capacity at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center (SNVMC) in Woodbridge, Virginia.

About the Hospital

Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center is a 183-bed, Level III not-for-profit community hospital that combines the clinical resources of a major integrated health system with the collegial atmosphere and personalized care of a community-based facility. The anesthesia team supports approximately 9,200 cases annually, including more than 1,500 deliveries.

Practice Highlights

• Employed position with Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists • Collaborative care team model • Approximately 9,200 cases annually • 8 anesthetizing locations operating Monday through Friday, including 5 main OR suites, endoscopy, EP Lab/CVIR, and Labor and Delivery • Broad case mix including general, vascular, neuro, orthopedic, OB/GYN, pediatric, and subspecialty surgical services • Flexible schedule arranged by mutual agreement
