About the Opportunity A well-established, physician-led private anesthesia practice in Youngstown, Ohio, is seeking a skilled General Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative team focused on exceptional patient care. You will provide anesthesia services across a diverse surgical caseload while medically supervising in-house Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs). Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $500,000 annually
• Profit Sharing: $26,000 per year
• Competitive Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Bonus available
• Schedule: Flexible 2-3 day work week totaling 48 hours(mix of 24-, 16-, and 8-hour shifts; days fully negotiable)

Clinical Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and provide continuous patient monitoring across multiple surgical specialties
• Perform pre-operative evaluations, intra-operative management, and post-operative care
• Medically supervise CRNAs while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, perioperative nurses, and the care team
• Ensure thorough, compliant documentation of all anesthesia services

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Anesthesiology
• Active Ohio medical license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and excellent communication
