Schedule Highlights

• 17 weeks of day-only responsibility
• 17 weeks of call from home only (starts at 5pm, no daytime responsibilities)
• 17 weeks PTO
• Limited call-back from home
• Two clinicians cover 5 locations during the day with CRNA supervision coverage (combination of 1:3 and 1:2 overage CRNA coverage).

Case Mix

• Mostly ambulatory cases: orthopedics and general surgery
• Low-volume OB (CRNAs place epidurals)
• General and OB across all ages (no high-risk pediatrics)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $600,000 annually + incentive opportunities
