Seeking a full-time board-eligible/board-certified Anesthesiologist to join an established 11 person ALL physician practice in Walla Walla, Washington. You will primarily be located at the region's 142-bed hospital, but you will also provide coverage to a community outpatient surgery center in town. Enjoy an excellent variety of cases with no transplant, cardiac, or complex pediatrics in Southeast Washington. **Position Details:** * Full-time Anesthesiologist role located in the heart of Washington's beautiful wine country * Call taken from home with financial incentive * Routine cases with low trauma * No cardiac, transplant, or complex pediatric cases (peds is mostly routine, healthy ENT) * Collaborative Anesthesia group and hospital with physicians on a first-name basis and focus being on quality care for our community * Group has many members in leadership positions in the hospital, including current Chief of Staff * Broad range of lifestyles from rural setting with acreage, to tight-knit community living, all within minutes of the hospital * All physician practice with no CRNA oversight **Compensation & Benefits:** * Compensation is between $496,527 to $613,059 per year * Comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental and retirement (including 401k with matching, HSA, deferred compensation plan, etc.) * No buy-in, W2 employee, extremely fair, supportive group * Providence qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) * Expert professional student debt advice at no charge * No state income tax in Washington _The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
