Position Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance:13 Weeks PTO and only 10 on-call weekends per year!
- Desirable Practice Setting: Work alongside 3 Anesthesiologists and 10 experienced CRNA's who practice nearly independently with minimal support, M-F
- Environment: Multi-specialty, modern hospital with newly updated OR's and Physician Spaces
- Caseload: Cases average 25 per day. No Cardiac, mostly Ortho and General. Some OB, ENT, and URO
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: $650,000 basesalary
- Generous On-Call Earnings: Earn up to $11,000 per weekend for additional, mostly telephonic-only call
- Sign-On Bonus: $200,000
- Retention Bonus:$15,000 annually
Qualifications:
- Degree:MD or DO
- Certifications:BE or BC
- Licensure:Must be able to obtain a South Dakota license and pass hospital Credentialing
- Experience:Open to NEW GRADS or Experienced Anesthesiologists
- Sponsorship:YES! J1 or H1
