• Licensure: WA license (Willing to license; IMLC accepted), EM privileges available
• Experience: Pediatric cardiac anesthesia, neonatal/neonatal cardiac, or extensive congenital experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $429.78
• Pay package discussed upon application

What You’ll Do:

• Provide anesthesia for adult congenital cardiac, neonatal, and complex pediatric cardiac surgeries
• Support cardiac OR, cath lab, EP procedures, and imaging studies (e.g., cardiac CT/MRI)
• Manage cases independently in a solo model without support staff (no CRNAs)
• Log and document all procedures as required
• Collaborate with the core cardiac team on program development and process improvement initiatives
• Cover daytime pediatric cardiac anesthesia across multiple complex cases

What You Need:

• Valid Washington medical license (or willingness to obtain)
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia Fellowship or equivalent experience
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatric Anesthesiology
• Experience with neonatal, infant, or complex congenital heart surgeries; neonatal cardiac experience is a plus
• Ability to handle both OR and complex cardiac imaging cases
