Lead Anesthesia Strategy for a Major Healthcare Network in West Florida
HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking an experienced Anesthesiologist with extensive Medical Director leadership to serve as the Division Medical Director for our West Florida Division. This is a premier opportunity for a seasoned physician executive to guide clinical excellence, operational performance, and strategic direction across a diverse portfolio of hospitals within the nation’s largest healthcare system.
In this senior‑level role, you will provide high‑impact leadership across the division, partnering with an exceptional group of facility Medical Directors and multidisciplinary teams. The position blends approximately 60% clinical practice with 40% administrative leadership, offering the ideal balance for a physician who excels in both patient care and system‑level decision‑making.
Based in Tampa, Florida, with intermittent travel across the division, this role offers the chance to shape regional anesthesia services, elevate quality and performance, and build a lasting leadership legacy within a highly respected organization.
