Provide anesthesiology coverage for cardiac cases, including CABG procedures
Support both inpatient hospital and ambulatory surgery center cases
Assist with daily anesthesia needs in a physician-led, team-oriented environment
Manage flexible shifts, including days and call coverage
Collaborate closely with CRNA group and anesthesia assistants
Ensure patient safety and deliver high-quality anesthesia care in accordance with established protocols
Participate in orientation and continuous education activities
What You Need
Required:
Valid Minnesota medical license or eligibility
Board Certification or equivalent in anesthesiology
Experience with cardiac anesthesia, including CABG procedures
Preferred:
Ability to work flexible hours and on short notice
Strong communication and teamwork skills
