Your Practice

You'll care for a diverse and complex surgical population across multiple UCHealth hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers throughout Southern Colorado. Our broad case mix provides an engaging clinical practice while allowing physicians to develop areas of special interest.

Compensation & Benefits

UCHealth offers a highly competitive compensation package designed to support physicians throughout every stage of their careers.

Highlights include:

• Competitive guaranteed base salary starting at $520,000 annually, with significant earning potential beyond base compensation. Additional productivity, call, and weekend shift incentives provide the opportunity to earn up to $700,000 or more annually.
• Additional quality incentive bonus of up to $30,000 annually.
• $40,000 starting bonus plus relocation assistance for qualified candidates.
• Eight weeks of paid time off annually, in addition to paid family and medical leave (including Colorado FAMLI). Physicians begin employment with contractual time off based on FTE status.
• Comprehensive health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, and dependent coverage.
• Retirement savings options, including a 403(b) with employer matching contributions and a 457(b) plan for eligible physicians.
