    Description: Specialization: Anesthesiology Job Summary HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is currently seeking a BCBE General Anesthesiologist to join the dynamic and established team at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital in Trinity, FL. This Program is experiencing exciting growth and offers an outstanding culture. The expanded model and newly added OB nighthawk APPs support work-life balance for our Physicians and optimize our ability to provide excellent patient care. Opportunity Highlights Qualified Candidates Staffing model of 8 Anesthesiologists and 25 CAAs covering 12 Sites of service. Medical Direction of CAAs. Diverse mix of cases including General Surgery, Ortho, Endo, GYN, Vascular, OB, and EP Spine, etc. No Trauma. No Cardiac. Average work week is 40-50 hours plus in-house overnight call 18 3p - 7a. Post call day off. Dedicated CAA stays In-house and covers OB Monday-Sunday 8p-8a. 3 person team on a 3 week rotation. Incentives & Benefits Package Competitive compensation package. 50K Start Date Bonus and relocation assistance available. 10 weeks PTO and 5K in CME annually.
