Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Animatronics Associate, your primary responsibility will be to assist with inventory management and help ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse during the peak season. You will help organize stock, coordinate shipments, and maintain an efficient workflow within the warehouse. Additionally, during the off-season, you will take on a role in the call center as the first point of contact for both customers and store employees, providing assistance via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to manage and allocate animatronic parts
  • Track delivery deadlines and coordinate with teams to ensure timely receipt of parts
  • Oversee the receipt and inspection of parts, ensuring all items are accurately accounted for
  • Report discrepancies or issues to management and vendors for prompt resolution
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Handle incoming support calls, assess guest issues, and take the necessary steps to resolve them efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety standards within the warehouse
  • Perform other duties as needed to support both warehouse and guest-facing operations

Qualifications

  • Experience providing guest support in technical or customer-facing role

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred

  • Strong understanding of inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with team members and vendors

  • Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace

  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

  • High School or Associate's degree in any field is preferred and 1-3 years of customer service experience/warehouse experience is a plus.

The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.
