Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76104
Work Type: This is a Hybrid (Remote Wednesday) role.
Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: 3-month contract (possibility to extend)
Pay Range: $25 - $28 per hour on W2.
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Duties: - Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate fundraising programs.
- Manage annual Employee Care campaign activities and growth.
- Execute the client’s hospital fundraising programs.
- Develop and edit persuasive fundraising communications and materials.
- Collaborate with Foundation teams and internal/external stakeholders.
- Deliver presentations to employees and large groups.
- Travel to other clients' locations as needed.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in fundraising, annual giving, sales, communications, marketing, business, or customer service.
- Must have reliable transportation; mileage reimbursement is available for required travel.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and appropriate liability insurance.
- Raiser’s Edge experience preferred.
- CFRE, FAHP, or similar certification preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable presenting to large groups.
