AnswerHub Coordinator Job Description:
PrideStaff is recruiting for an AnswerHub Coordinator to join their team. The AnswerHub Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting our Strategic Partners and their internal staff and serve as the central operations help desk for our corporate Home Office. The AnswerHub team collaborates closely with all Home Office departments to ensure that questions from our field offices are addressed efficiently. The ideal AnswerHub Coordinator has multiple years of computer support experience, a desire to help others with a wide variety of questions, and a drive to solve complex problems while maintaining excellent customer service skills. The AnswerHub Coordinator is a full-time, in-office position in Fresno, CA.
AnswerHub Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as Primary Point of Contact For Incoming Calls & Effectively Manage Support Tickets From Our Strategic Partners & Field Offices
- Answer Incoming Calls & Manage Tickets For Issues
- Collaborate Closely With IT & Other Home Office Departments to Effectively Address Questions & Concerns Related to Our PrideStaff System
- Create & Update Instructional Documentation For Training Purposes & Manage Respective Recurring Tasks
- Collaborate Closely With Various Home Office Departments, Including IT, to Efficiently Address & Resolve a Wide Range of Questions & Concerns Related to The PrideStaff System & Operational Processes
- Developing & Updating Comprehensive Instructional Documentation & Guides to Support Internal Training Initiatives & Enhance User Self-Sufficiency
- Proactively Managing Respective Recurring Tasks to Ensure Operational Efficiency & Maintain Consistent Service Levels
- Identify Opportunities For Process Improvement Within The AnswerHub System & Contribute to Solutions That Enhance Overall Support Capabilities
- Assist With Additional Duties as Assigned
AnswerHub Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Demonstrates Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Must Have Solid Computer Skills & Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Google Products
- Has Multiple Years of Troubleshooting Technology Issues With Success
- Demonstrates Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Must Have a Strong Work Ethic Coupled With Superb Organizational Skills
- Must be Able to Think Creatively to Resolve Issues
- Must be Self-Motivated With a Positive Attitude
- Must be Comfortable Working in an Administrative Computer Environment
- Must be Able to Sit For Extended Periods With Incidental Bending, Stooping, & Lifting
