The Passaic County Manchester Regional High School District is seeking an Anticipated Administrative Assistant to the Chief School Administrator for a 12 month position.
To serve as the primary confidential administrative support to the Chief School Administrator and to oversee day-to-day Human Resources functions for the district. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, absolute confidentiality, and a strong understanding of New Jersey school district operations and employment regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent high-level administrative/HR experience.
Experience: Minimum of 35 years of executive-level administrative or HR experience, ideally within a New Jersey public school system.
Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in school management software (e.g., Frontline/Aesop, AppliTrack, Genesis, NJEdCert) and Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace.
Key Skills:
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
Deep understanding of, or ability to rapidly learn, NJ Title 18A education laws and NJ State Board of Education administrative codes.
High degree of discretion and integrity in handling confidential personnel and student matters.
Required Clearances: * Successful completion of a criminal history background check (fingerprinting).
Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
Compliance with the New Jersey First Act (residency requirements).
