QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid New Jersey instructional P-3 certificate or eligibility
Dual certification of Special Education preferred but not required
Demonstrated organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of effective teaching methods.
Ability to design and deliver developmentally appropriate classroom activities
Ability to maintain a positive learning environment
Required criminal history background check
Proof of citizenship or legal resident alien status
Current residency in New Jersey, approved residency waiver or candidate agrees to obtain residency within one year of employment
REPORTS TO: Superintendent/Principal
JOB GOAL: 1. To provide the district approved education program and establish a class environment that fosters learning and personal growth;
To help pupils develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for continued education; and
To maintain good relationships with parents and other staff members.
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Full Time September 1, 2026-June 30, 2027*
