Job Summary: Fort Lee Public Schools anticipates the need to seek an Elementary School Teacher

Qualifications:

• Must hold a NJ Elementary School K-8 or K-6 (Dual Certification with Teacher of Students with Disabilities preferred).
• Experience working with elementary school students.
• Knowledge of NJSLS.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must meet criminal background check for both federal and state as per the Department of Education under NJSA 18A:6-7.2.

Location: Elementary School #3

Working Conditions: Full time, tenure track, 10 month position, with benefits.

Salary Range: Based on FLEA salary guide which ranges between $64,375.00 - $121,709.00, commensurate with experience.

Position Start Date: September 1, 2026 plus three days New Teacher Orientation (mandatory) 8/24, 8/25 and 8/26/26
