Duties

Develop appropriate class environment favorable to learning and personal growth of children; to provide explicit language instruction in the classroom, to facilitate children's development of communication abilities, attitudes, skills, and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for continued success in school. Strive to build strong ties between home and school; to establish good relationships with parents and with other staff members. Attend professional development activities requested by the District.

Qualifications

Must have proper Illinois Teaching License and endorsement(s) for the teaching position.
