    Anticipated Freshman Coaching Positions - High School North

    Anticipated positions available for the 2026-2027 School Year - These positions are subject to participation

    • Girls Soccer
    • Girls Volleyball
    • Field Hockey
    • Boys Soccer

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum Certification requirement: Substitute Teacher

    • Coaching Experience

    • Head Coach Positions - At least 5 years of successful coaching experience in the sport required.

    • Assistant Coach Positions - Successful coaching experience preferred.

    • Employment in District

    • Full-time teaching assignment in Middletown Township Public Schools preferred.

    • Sports Management

    • Ability to proactively manage student academic and behavioral support, scheduling, budgeting, equipment and materials.

    • Sports Knowledge

    • Proficiency in the technical aspects of the sport being coached, including the latest training and conditioning techniques to ensure the safety of the student athlete.

    • Post-Secondary Sports Knowledge

    • Firm understanding of the process of preparing high school student athletes for college level competition

    • Ability to assist in college searches and provide recommendations for the qualified student athletes
