Position Responsibilities:
Provide individualized support to one student throughout the school day
Assist with behavior management and emotional regulation strategies
Help maintain a safe, supportive, and consistent learning environment
Collaborate with teachers, counselors, case managers, and support staff
Support transitions, classroom participation, and social interactions
Document observations and communicate effectively with the educational team
Qualifications:
Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
Background in special education, behavioral support, psychology, counseling, or related fields is a plus
Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain professional and composed in challenging situations
