Salary Range: $124,350.00 to $138,800.00 commensurate with experience and per the current RAA salary guides until a new RAA Agreement between the RAA

and Ringwood Board of Education is ratified

Requirements:

• Valid NJ Principal Certificate
• Experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, or Supervisor in a public school district
• Minimum of three (3) years of school experience other than leadership in a public school
• Demonstrated ability to be an effective team leader
• Experience with the Danielson Framework for Teaching
• Knowledge of Balanced Literacy
• Demonstrated ability to use data to inform instruction
• Ability to articulate models of project-based learning
• Evidence of a coaching and modeling approach to teacher/staff development
• Team approach to problem solving
• Understanding of scheduling complexities
• Familiar with middle school specific principles found in "This We Believe", "Quality Middle Schools Open & Healthy", and "Schools to Watch" Essential Elements
