Anticipated Position: Long Term Substitute Virtual Charter School Spanish Teacher .4 FTE

Duties: Seeking an enthusiastic individual to teach Spanish in a Public Waldorf Virtual school. The candidate will guide and implement curriculum to the needs of the individual child, whilst embracing the unity of the class as a whole. The ability to manage the administrative work required is a must in this teacher led school environment. A love for working with children, working with colleagues in a collaborative and supportive manner and openness for the unexpected are essential.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Appropriate Wisconsin DPI licensure for position or experience teaching/degree in Spanish;

• Experience/training/certification in Waldorf education desired; but not required

• Must have effective communication skills - oral, written, and technological, time management and organizational;

• Such alternatives to the above that the district may find acceptable; and

• Acceptable background check.

Contract Amount: Daily rate for .4 FTE, $52.00 for days 1 to 15. After 15 consecutive days the rate will be $80.00 per day. Begin date on or about November 13, 2026 and commence for the following 12 weeks.
