POSITION: Anticipated Student Success Coach (Grant) (FVEC) 37.5 hours/week
Salary: Grade 4, Step 1, $26.60 ESPA agreement linked here.
ASSIGNMENT: 10 Month Temporary & Grant Funded Effective August 10, 2026 - Contract may be renewed annually pending grant funding.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: This position involves close collaboration with district staff, students, parents, and community partners. This position's primary function is to help students prepare and affirm their career goals by seeking and facilitating career-related activities (e.g. career treks) and work-based learning experiences. The employee is expected to navigate the department's day-to-day operations and respond appropriately to emergencies and crises as needed.
An employee in this position works within clearly established systems and procedures, must exhibit organizational skills and exercise independent judgment and confidentiality in the performance of duties. The Student Success Coach must exhibit initiative and embrace a collaborative team approach to accomplish the mission of the district
