Supervisor of Child Study Teams
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Supervisor of Child Study Teams shall coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the
services of the Child Study Team personnel and provide direct assistance to classified
pupils through small group and individual counseling in the school setting in accordance with Board approved policies and practices.
The Supervisor is expected to work in a cooperative and joint efforts with the staff and
other administrative personnel to provide an effective program for referral, evaluation
and program implementation for special education pupils.
A major function of this position is acting as resource person to Child Study Team members and building administration. S/he will collaborate with building administration to meet the district''s school improvement and program requirements and to assist with the supervision and evaluation of assigned child sh1dy team members.
The Supervisor of Child Study Teams shall promote the success of all students by understanding, responding to, and influencing the larger political, social, economic, legal, and cultural context, by supporting principals in the effective management of the organization, operations, and resources for a safe, efficient, and effective learning environment and by always acting with integrity, fairness, and in an ethical maimer.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
12 - Month Contract. Salary and benefits as determined by the Board of Education and any applicable and collective negotiations agreement.
COMPENSATION
In accordance with the provisions of the BOE/FTSAA collective bargaining agreement, the starting salary for this position in the 26/27SY is $100,000. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and education.

ANNUAL EVALUATION: Performance is reviewed annually in accordance with NJ State law
and the provisions of the Board of Education policy on evaluations for certificated staff.
TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Ability to be proficient in computer applications pertinent to support the position, including but not limited Google Suite, IEP software program and Genesis Employee Portal and Student Information System.
