Requirements:
Satisfactory physical condition so as to perform manual tasks requiring moderate physical
Ability to read basic operating instructions and write reports.
Demonstrated aptitude for successful fulfillment of assigned performance responsibilities.
Ability to exhibit initiative and good judgment.
Ability to schedule and assign work to custodial staff and physically perform all custodial jobs within the building.
Ability to make minor repairs.
Ability to work unassisted.
Ability to establish and maintain working relations with building administrators, supervisors, teaching staff and fellow workers.
A valid fireman's license, Black Seal
