Internal Posting Katonah -Lewisboro School District Interim Assistant Principal Anticipated Vacancy Location: John Jay High School Anticipated Position Dates: October 26, 2026, through January 29, 2027 Salary: Up to $850.00 per diem Position Requirements Include: • Distinguished record as an outstanding school administrative leader and/or teacher . • Commitment to educational equity, inclusion, and academic excellence . • Ability to motivate and collaborate with staff, students, and parents in support of carrying out the district's mission . • Commitment to supporting active, engaging, and relevant learning experiences for all students . • Firm understanding of student social emotional learning . • Expertise in curriculum development, supervision, and evaluation of staff and programs . • Resilience and adaptivity in the face of challenges and change . • Demonstration of a warm demeanor, sense of humor, and a love of students and learning . Qualifications: • New York State administrative certification required . • Significant teaching or administrative experience .
