Thesuccessfulcandidatewillcollaboratewithleadingantitrustpractitionerswhileadvisingmajorcorporationsoncomplexcompetitionissuesbeforefederalandstateregulatoryagenciesandincourtsacrossthecountry.

- FamiliaritywithinvestigationsandenforcementproceedingsinvolvingtheFederalTradeCommission(FTC),DepartmentofJustice(DOJ),andstateattorneysgeneral
- Deepunderstandingofantitrustlaw,enforcementtrends,andcompetitionpolicy
- Abilitytoanalyzecomplexbusinessandlegalissueswhileprovidingpractical,business-orientedguidance
- Provenlitigation,advocacy,research,andanalyticalcapabilities

- Assistclientsthroughmergerinvestigationsandregulatoryreviewprocesses
- Advisebusinessesregardingantitrustcompliance,competitivepractices,jointventures,distributionarrangements,andnon-competeissues
- Draftmotions,briefs,agencysubmissions,presentations,andstrategiccounselingmemoranda
- Workdirectlywithclients,regulators,andopposingcounselonsophisticatedcompetitionmatters
- Developanddelivercomplianceprograms,trainingsessions,andrisk-managementguidanceforcorporateclientsandexecutiveleadershipteams
- Monitorlegaldevelopmentsandenforcementtrendstoprovideproactiveclientcounseling

Compensation&Benefits
CompetitiveSalary:$215,000-$355,000annually,commensuratewithexperience,qualifications,andclassyear.
