Responsibilities
Diagnose vehicle problems accurately and recommend appropriate repairs.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on Nissan vehicles.
Work efficiently to complete flat rate job assignments within allotted timeframes.
Maintain clean and safe work area following company policies and safety standards.
Communicate with service advisors and customers regarding repairs and vehicle condition.
Keep accurate records of labor and parts used for each job.
Requirements
Proven experience as an automotive technician or similar role, with Nissan vehicles.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical.
Ability to work with flat rate labor guide and meet productivity goals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Valid driver's license and the ability to work in Clarksville, MD.
