As a Lot Porter, you will play a key role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our dealership lot, ensuring that vehicles are clean, properly positioned, and ready for customer viewing and test drives.
Responsibilities
- Clean vehicles inside and out, including washing, vacuuming, and wiping down.
- Perform routine lot maintenance such as picking up trash and keeping the area tidy.
- Assist sales staff and customers by delivering cars for test drives and coordinating vehicle returns.
- Report any vehicle damage or maintenance issues to the service department promptly.
- Support general dealership operations as needed to maintain a smooth and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate vehicles safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Physical stamina to perform duties that require standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Prior experience in a lot porter or similar role is a plus but not required.
