AOI Operator-1st shift

Experience inspector with AOI or 5DX. Perform visual, mechanical, and functional inspection of component parts (e.g. plastic, sheet metal parts, PCB's etc,), subassemblies and finished electro-mechanical assemblies for conformance to specifications. Inspection of product to ensure material is compliant with specified requirements. Provide post packaging and process auditing services to all product lines. Maintain Quality records and data for all inspections and audits. Performing inspections, process audits and post packaging audits (Customer Quality Audits) on various production lines as require and failure verification and MRB support. Perform testing as needed. Understand and follow all applicable ISO and job specific procedures.
