AP Analyst Contractor

Top 3 skills and Responsibilities:

• Large enterprise size cloud ERP Experience -- NetSuite is preferred or SAP Hana, D365 - No Sage
• Must have paperless AP -- evaluating digital workflows, efficiency, accuracy and cost effectiveness to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal performance (Manually keying large volumes of invoices not needed)
• Must be able to research and analyze to move invoices out of error queues - workflow efficiency, accuracy and reconciliation, cost-effectiveness, compliance and security. The amount of invoices varies but there are several hundred a week.
• Must have intermediate excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS) and Microsoft Office Suite experience -- Outlook and SharePoint
• Additional accepted experience includes heavy Vendor Master experience, Tin Matching, set up and maintenance
