Financial Shared Services Analyst
Compensation: $75-85K Plus bonus

Role Summary
The Financial Shared Services Analyst plays a key role in supporting financial accuracy, reporting, and service level performance across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and travel and expense operations. This position partners closely with internal stakeholders and an offshore shared services team to ensure timely processing, strong controls, and meaningful KPI reporting for senior leadership.
This role also serves as a project lead for technology enhancements and process improvements designed to increase efficiency, strengthen controls, and support a high volume operating environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare weekly and month end reporting for senior management, including KPIs, receivables aging, bad debt, AP accruals, T&E accruals, and SLA performance
Serve as project lead for finance related technology implementations and system enhancements
Identify and implement operational efficiencies and internal control improvements across shared services processes
Develop, enforce, and maintain policies, standard operating procedures, and service level agreements in partnership with an offshore BPO provider
Investigate and resolve escalated discrepancies, securing leadership approval when required
Ensure service level compliance across vendor payments, employee expenses, cash receipts, and reconciliations
Oversee timely and accurate processing of cash receipts, security deposits, tenant ledger adjustments, and dispute resolution
Partner with onshore and offshore teams to reinforce service excellence, compliance standards, and continuous improvement
Key Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience within accounts payable, shared services, or corporate accounting environments
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience, including managing or influencing offshore or distributed teams
Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups
Experience using expense management systems and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Working knowledge of banking regulations, receipt processing, and bankruptcy guidelines
Experience operating in fast paced, high growth environments
Strong written communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and time management skills
Preferred Experience
Exposure to travel and expense operations
Experience supporting payment platform transitions
Familiarity with ERP or property management accounting systems
