Accounts Payable Analyst (Temporary – 6+ Months)

Start Date: August 10, 2026
Duration: Minimum 6 months (extension possible based on business needs)
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Temporary

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to support a project focused on clearing goods received but not yet invoiced (GRNI) and analyzing related reports. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience researching and resolving discrepancies, and the ability to quickly learn ERP systems and business processes.

This is a temporary assignment expected to last at least six months. While extensions may be considered based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and reconcile goods received but not yet invoiced (GRNI) transactions.
  • Research, identify, and resolve invoice and purchase order discrepancies.
  • Review and analyze reports to support project objectives and data accuracy.
  • Perform PO matching and investigate unmatched transactions.
  • Communicate with vendors via email and phone to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Utilize ERP systems to review, update, and reconcile transactional data.
  • Support audit-related activities and documentation requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide updates on project progress.

Required Qualifications

  • Accounts Payable experience.
  • Purchase Order (PO) matching and purchasing process experience.
  • Experience researching and resolving transactional discrepancies.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Experience working within ERP systems.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and project requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting audit projects or compliance-related initiatives.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets.

Excel Assessment

Qualified candidates should be proficient in:

  • Pivot Tables
  • VLOOKUP
  • XLOOKUP
