SNI is excited to partner with a rapidly growing financial services firm seeking an Accounting/AP/Payroll Manager. This Dallas based role is in office 4 days a week and requires previous payroll for a small firm along with overall accounting, financial, and payables management experience. You will manage a team of 2 AP Clerks and partner with the CFO and Controller to support various accounting efforts. - Extensive experience with payables reporting, streamlining processes, and providing approval for payments
- Managing positive pay,1099's, new vendor set-up, and ACH vendor audits
- Processing payroll from start to finish for 50+ employees
- Recording payroll journal entries and managing the corporate benefit program
- Preparing W2s, garnishments, and processing bonuses for senior executives
