About the Role

Our client is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with detailed information, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure invoices and transactions are processed accurately.

Key Responsibilities- AP and AR

• 
  
• Process Accounts Payable invoices, including 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• 
  
• Enter and process invoices with and without purchase orders using the Accumatica ERP system.
• 
  
• Enter trailer, RV, parts, and warranty invoices accurately and timely.
• 
  
• Process approximately 50-55 trailer invoices per week and 30-40 parts/warranty orders per day.
• 
  
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, pricing issues, and receiving variances.
• 
  
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
• 
  
• Monitor shared AP and AR email inboxes and respond to inquiries.
• 
  
• Download and reconcile data in Excel, ensuring transactions match and totals balance correctly.
• 
  
• Participate in daily team stand-up meetings to review invoice volumes and workflow status.
• 
  
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets and assist with invoice processing metrics.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Order Entry, or Accounting Clerk roles.
• 
  
• Experience processing high-volume invoices and managing multiple priorities.
• 
  
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills required; advanced Excel functions are not necessary.
• 
  
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets to reconcile data, track invoice counts, and verify totals.
• 
  
• Experience with ERP systems; Accumatica experience is a plus.
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• 
  
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
•
