Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice entry, coding, matching, and payment processing
• 
  
• Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, cash applications, and account maintenance
• 
  
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, and customer or vendor accounts
• 
  
• Reconcile AP and AR accounts and assist with month-end close activities
• 
  
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions
• 
  
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding account inquiries and payment issues
• 
  
• Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and ad hoc accounting projects
• 
  
• Support process improvement initiatives and other accounting functions as needed
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting
• 
  
• Ability to independently manage high-volume AP and AR functions, including billing, cash applications, aging, and account reconciliations
• 
  
• Experience working with accounting or ERP systems
• 
  
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• 
  
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
