Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist:

• Process vendor invoices, maintain accounts payable records, and ensure timely payments

• Generate customer invoices, apply cash receipts, and assist with collections activities

• Reconcile vendor statements, customer accounts, and general ledger accounts as needed

• Research and resolve billing discrepancies while providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders

• Support month-end close activities and assist with various accounting projects and reporting requirements

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist:

• 2+ years of accounting experience including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or related accounting functions

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required
