Our client, a growing service company in Fresno, is seeking an AP/AR Specialist to join their accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a stable, team-oriented organization.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Process full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• 
  
• Prepare and issue customer invoices
• 
  
• Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts
• 
  
• Follow up on outstanding balances and collections
• 
  
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• 
  
• Assist with bank deposits and account reconciliations
• 
  
• Maintain accurate customer and vendor records
• 
  
• Support month-end accounting activities as needed
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• 2+ years of AP/AR or general accounting experience
• 
  
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
