AP/AR Specialist Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• The AP/AR Specialist will process accounts payable transactions, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and vendor payments.
• 
  
• Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, cash application, collections, and customer account maintenance.
• 
  
• The AP/AR Specialist will reconcile vendor statements, customer accounts, and related general ledger accounts.
• 
  
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing.
• 
  
• The AP/AR Specialist will assist with month-end close activities, account reconciliations, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications for the AP/AR Specialist Role

• 
  
• 2+ years of accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting experience.
• 
  
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• 
  
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
