Key Responsibilities of the AP/AR Specialist:

Bring QuickBooks up to date by accurately entering, reconciling, and replicating AP/AR data from new system
AP/AR Specialist will manage high-volume, biweekly invoice processing and ensure revenue and payable lines are fully matched and project-coded
Execute job-costed payables, client billing, and payment entries in both systems on tight deadlines
AP/AR Specialist will cross-reference and validate data integrity between platforms for audit and owner review

Must-Have Skills/Experience of the AP/AR Specialist:

Demonstrated experience managing accounts payable and/or accounts receivable in a professional environment
Prior hands-on work with QuickBooks is a plus
Proven track record of data accuracy and handling complex, high-volume billing

Salary is $52,000-56,500
