Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per Hour
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The Resource is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk for our client in Winston-Salem, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working with financial data, managing reconciliations, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations in a professional office environment.
If you have experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software, we encourage you to apply. Experience with Foundation Software is a plus, but training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry for accounts payable transactions
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently
- Complete bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Assist with month-end accounting activities
- Verify invoice information and ensure timely payment processing
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments as needed
- Support accounting and administrative functions within the office
- Previous Accounts Payable, Accounting Clerk, Bookkeeping, or related experience
- Experience using Sage, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately with numbers and financial records
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Foundation Software experience is preferred but not required
- Competitive pay of $25-$30 per hour
