AP Clerk (Temporary - 3 Months)

Pomona, CA
$23.00 - $24.00/hour
Full-Time | 4/10 Schedule
7:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk for a 3-month temporary assignment in Pomona. This is a great opportunity for an organized accounting professional who enjoys working with invoices, data accuracy, and process-driven tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Process and assist with check runs
  • Perform 2-way matching of invoices and purchase orders
  • Sort, organize, and maintain AP documents and records
  • Compare and reconcile financial data using Excel
  • Ensure accuracy and timely processing of accounts payable transactions
  • Support the accounting team with administrative and AP-related duties
