Job Description

This role is fully onsite and focuses on accounts payable operations, vendor management, and invoicing processes. Responsibilities include processing and reconciling invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely payments. The position also involves coordinating with vendors to resolve discrepancies, manage relationships, and support smooth transaction flows. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential to effectively manage high-volume AP tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
