Accounts Payable Manager

$80,000–$90,000 + 10% Bonus

My client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead a high-volume AP team. If you enjoy developing people, improving processes, and driving operational excellence, this could be a great next step in your career.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day Accounts Payable function
Lead, mentor, and develop AP Supervisors and Analysts (15–20 indirect reports)
Drive process improvements, automation, reporting enhancements, and AI initiatives
Develop and track KPIs to improve team performance
Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve payment and invoice issues
Support month-end close, audits, and special projects
Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls

Qualifications:

10+ years of Accounts Payable experience
6+ years of leadership experience
Experience with Coupa or P21 experience is a plus
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
