Accounts Payable Manager


$80,000–$90,000 + 10% Bonus


My client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead a high-volume AP team. If you enjoy developing people, improving processes, and driving operational excellence, this could be a great next step in your career.

Responsibilities:



  • Manage the day-to-day Accounts Payable function

  • Lead, mentor, and develop AP Supervisors and Analysts (15–20 indirect reports)

  • Drive process improvements, automation, reporting enhancements, and AI initiatives

  • Develop and track KPIs to improve team performance

  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve payment and invoice issues

  • Support month-end close, audits, and special projects

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls



Qualifications:



  • 10+ years of Accounts Payable experience

  • 6+ years of leadership experience

  • Experience with Coupa or P21 experience is a plus

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
